The material is thin and breathable. The protection as a mask is nice and lightweight. By wearing it over a rated mask, it brings the mask beneath closer to my face and reduces my glasses fogging up.

I have a normal sized head but had to stitch the seam to make it smaller otherwise it kept falling down my nose
