It is pliable even when frozen!
It seems to be well made and durable. I plan to buy a few more so my kids and husband can stop stealing mine lol. It is simple to clean any dirt or grease from.
You're going to sweat. This works better and longer than a wet cotton handkerchief.
This neck cooling tube is a lifesaver during hot days. It cools/freezes very quickly so once it warms up it does not take long to cool again. It works well after it has been chilled in the refrigerator or in the freezer.

99 is very fair and affordable and i think i may purchase a second one so i can swap them out always having a frozen one on hand
