Pros

It's sturdy, easy to fit in the freezer, stays pliable and is easy to apply. It's nice and pliable. I wish it had a little cover with straps, but i’ll improvise to make it work.

Quickly cools in the freezer so that the wrap can be reapplied 1 hour later. I love how pliable this product is even when frozen. These are nice and cold and squishy which feels so much better than a hard block of ice digging into my back.

Tea towels are the perfect amount of thickness to protect both the pack in the freezer and my skin. I have neck problems and get headaches which the cold pack will minimize if it gets cold enough.

Cons

When it is in freezer, instead of being able to feel the gel and massage it a bit to move a little of the gel around (even frozen it was still'soft to the touch'), it has hard parts all the way through it. The title is misleading from what i can tell.... Read More
