Pros

The neck cloud works! Thank god someone invented this little helper.

Product feels like good quality and there was no smell to it. Happy with my purchase. Arrived on time used it immediately after cleaning it real good.

Sometimes it’s sooooooo relaxing. I rest my neck on the curved surface for 10 minutes a day. I am petite at 4’9”— this still works to stretch out my neck.

Cons

Was just masking the pain. It's not easy to use for me - i'm 5'2 and it keeps my head too far off the bed. The material also slips out from under me. And i find the bumps annoying.

I caution anyone to really look into this product and try an alternative. This is the first bad review i’ve given on amazon if that tells ya anything.
