It's blue, but who cares? In my assessment, it's similar to the more expensive white kind that's been priced up to $30. Have ordered 3 times.

Cons

The coat hangars appear dark grey in the photo, but they are actually a very pale grey. These are regular hangers, falsely advertised as heavy duty ones.

They break apart at “weld” in bottom part. They’re very flimsy. They serve the purpose but aren't strong enough for coats or other heavy clothing.
