These liners have peel off adhesives on the back to stick onto the seat

They arent flushable but you want that plastic seal and they have sticky tabs which are useful

So few restaurants stores and doctors offices provide toilet seat covers and it they do provide them they are flimsy and tend to slide off of the seat
