Pros

I like that is is corded. Gets warm but not too hot, but it’s relaxing warmth. Love the automatic shut-off. Wish it had a rechagable battery pack with it.

These pads work great for my sore neck, back and knees. It's a little stiff so the velcro bands helps keep it in place. I am sincerely very pleased with the results.

Quick and efficient care. I will need to use it more to know if it relieves pain. I prefer using it for a shorter period of time than 20 minutes because my skin feels a little strange when i use it.

Cons

Hong kong unit only lasts for a little while and the thin wires break so easily. Seems to be a short, they flicker on and off but won't stay on. Returning the purchase to amazon for replacement.
