I ordered a medium my waist is 29 inches but it still was about 12 inch too big

It’s stretchy with a slight sheen not shiny but also not matte like straight cotton and would be a short skirt on most people not office appropriate

I am 5 ft 0 in and 115 lbs and there was a bit of a gap in the waist where it was loose but i have this problem with most items

I just needed this to wear under another garment so that was fine but i would have returned it otherwise as the looseness would be noticeable if i wore it with a crop top or shirt tucked in
