The item i received did have a 3 embossed mark, so it wasn't a product mistake, it's either the worse quality control ever, or a standard so off that doesn't make sense

I bought this as the amazon suggested frequently purchased together with clear polycarbonate tubing, 2-3/4 id, 3 od, 1/8 wall, 3' length this item has an inside diameter of 3
