I'm often low on mag so i take it daily and this is my new go to. Helps with sleep as well, also leg cramping. Has helped tremendously with muscle spasms in my hand.

Magnesium in this form much better than in carbonate or sulphate form (those make my stomach queasy) this form, this seller is the answer for me.
