It is high quality and has lasted my 4 years
Love this mat and it does help sleep quality and in my experience so far helps muscle recovery
What i’ve noticed so far is immediate tension and pain relief after the first use
One of the things that comes along with that is joints that are easy to dislocate like every day dislocate

It did not come with the storage bag though

I used to have trouble falling asleep because i was sore then i would wake up in the middle of the night because i was too sore
