Pros

Tracks (within folders) play in alpha-numeric order. Folders play in the order loaded. Repeat is available via the menu if you want it. I think it added to the device the order that they were converted.

Cons

The real issue is it drains the battery life when not in use. Total scam. Very difficult to navigate.
