Pros
Use it in my smoothies. I love the little crunch it adds to my foods. It tastes wonderful and is so healthy as all ingredients are the best i could find. I add them to lots of things and my family doesn't even know.
Cons
Chia seeds are a 3-1 ratio of omega 3 and omega 6. I really doubt the freshness of the chia seeds because it has a weird smell. Do not buy you're messing with your health this violates so many health codes.
