Pros & Cons
Pros
The bimini is very easy to assemble (no shame in building it backwards at first then redoing it ;-) the material is not sunbrella but seems like it will be good for a few years if taken care of. Nice material and zipper. Easy to put up annd down.
The slide rails on the gunwale allow you to move the bow-to-stern position of the original bimini. The website says this is only rated for 25mph, but i got my boat up to 33 knots (38mph) and didn't have any problems. Saltwater & etc.
The sizing is perfect. The shade makes it bearable out there against the beach sun. Good coverage from the blazing sun.
They do this so they can compete on price. Plus $100 in shipping. Excellent value overall. Grea company to deal with.
Cons
The adjustable straps are not so great. Had to modify it to fit properly. The color of the light grey that is shown on the ad and in the sample pictures is not what i received.
Highlights
Quality
The quality is awesome and marine grade
The quality of the fabric and rails seem to be quite good given the price range but we will see over the coming years how long they last
Tried attaching it with hardware they sent with the cover
Not sure about quality for extreme sun long term
Price
I highly recommend it and it is also a great price
Packaging/appearance
I also purchased and installed 36 slide rails so i can store the folded top all the way back on the transom
Competitiveness
We sped about 20mph on the boat and had no problems
1010 would recommend over the more expensive options
Ordered the smallest top for our 16ft boat

I tried to center it so it could be left forwards or backwards however the bows in the pipes made it only sit flush backwards which is where i really wanted it so no big deal just worth mentioning
