Unfortunately after we setup the item we noticed that it was leaking we tried to tighten up the dispenser after making the first gallon but the glass cracked

If you see in the picture i had to use paper towels and i’d also like to mention that i forgot to use my diffuser which was a major reason why we decided to go with this item

I have yet to see what’s entailed in disassembling the spout for cleaning or if i need to disassemble it

The 2 things i’m not thrilled about is the 12 cups of fluid left in the bottom once it’s past the spout line and that the cap does not seal

Note there is no stand so it needs to be at the edge of your refrigerator shelf or edge of your counter for pouring
