Pros

The seat is adjustable fore and aft, and up and down. The forward arms and handlebars also provide enough space for hangers or clothes. The handlebar controls for effort and other things are nice and adjustable.

The assembled unit is extremely quiet. The loudest sound comes from the surprisingly effective rider cooling fan mounted in the display console.

It seem to be as durable as the commercial bike i have ridden at the gym. Gives me a good workout. The premium option is $10/mo, which isn’t the cheapest, but it does make exercising much more fun.

Packed in a very orderly fashion, easy to identify small loose parts. Takes two to assemble since you'll need to turn it upside down and hold it while putting on the stabilizer. Easy to read and use.

Cons

Clunking appears to have been caused by a loose crank bolt. The handle bar is twisted as can tell from the photo. If the bike is facing noon, the handlebars sit at about 12:03.

Nautilus offers a 3 year warranty, but they ignore emails. The proprietary chest strap they provide is a joke. Supposed to have wifi bluetooth but all still useless.

The parts were packed in pieces of torn styrofoam and the individual parts such as the pedals, seat and handlebars were repackaged in plastic that had been removed and taped back together. It is ridiculously thin and seems awfully fragile. Horrendous ... Read More

We purchased this bike as a replacement for a proform ex8 upright bike that kept breaking the belt after only have for 3 months

I paid several hundred less than the machine replaced
