I just assembled this yesterday so i cant provide a review just yet but i wanted to share something that i found as im sure im not the first to encounter this problem

However if you accidentally press the wrong button it progresses to the next section and theres seemingly no way to go back and correct it meaning that you could be stuck with a bike that is 37 minutes and 48 years off the current date and time

To edit the settings the owners manual refers the user to a certain section within the manual

So without further ado heres how you fix it power the machine on and from the main menu simply press and hold the right arrow key and the pauseend button simultaneously for 3 seconds or so
