Naturtonix vital wheat gluten is an ingredient in the recipe also is getting hard to find. I use it all the time to bake keto bread, nice size bag.

It's too bad that they are using a different manufacturer or distributor? Incorrect price - not. This product says that it is 16 cents per ounce which is $1. Really disappointed with this. It feels like bread crumbs.
