My only quibble with this brand is the price
Price is a bit on the high side cosidering the count
Packaging/appearance
I did not know this until recently that with coq10 it is important to have a thick softgel coating
This formula contains a decent amount of ubquinol and also has lecithin in the softgel which will increase absorption of it
Competitiveness
I am taking 300 mg of highquality coq10 everyday
