The price is great, and the nematodes were alive, as i could see them wriggling under a scope. I hope this takes care of our beetle and termite in the dirt issues permanently. Stopped insects in there tracks with one application.
These seem more susceptible to temp changes during shipping than the soluble corn starch foam type chunks you get from arbico organics. Arrived wonderfully packaged and preserved.
Cons
It claims to take care of beetle grubs. Started with 5 million first year and ended with 15 million this year.

This is great and fairly easy to apply in the yard
Tried pesticides which only lasted for 2 days before the onslaught came back
Tried neem oil for months to fight spider mites which reduced them but absolutely did not eradicate them

It certainly cant hurt anything and for that price its well worth the effort

I applied half of package the same day and waited 10 days to apply the second half
With in 2 days they were gone so were the misquotes
Packaging/appearance
However they sent these with the ladybugs that we ordered and never put a notation on the packaging to keep refrigerated
Make sure that you read all of the instructions that come with the package about temperature moisture etc

I do mix them with another type of nematodes from another manufacturer

I cant attest of the effectiveness of these nematodes but i can confirm that after 3 days in shipping and hanging out in my fridge for 3 more days until the weather was right to apply they are alive
