    Because of the vacuum seal the directions say to leave it out laying flat for about 24 hours before laying on it

    This topper did have a few yellow discolored spots in stripes almost from areas where plastic wrap and tape were thicker

    It took 2 days for it to completely puff up and air out it had a bad plastic smell straight out of the box

    The mattress cover that came with it was stained yellow and where the cover was up against the tape holding the mattress topper rolled up
