A lot of protein powders out there contain mostly grain flours it seems

So it is glutenfree for sure says so on the label and im not sure if it is totally grainfree as im not sure what some of the ingredients listed in the 34proteinenergyliberating enzyme blend34 are sourced from but if you read the ingredients list small print there are no grains but there is the above referenced phrase as the last ingredient and then that has a list of things in it described above it which are mostly items i recognize and which are good such as bromelain the pineapple enzyme papain the papaya enzyme etc

There are just a few in there that im not sure if they are grainbased but if they are they are just a fraction of the last ingredient so there cant be much in there

I just tried it today for the first time and what i did was to mix it with about 4 oz of a very pure fruit juice blend which just contains peach and pear juice and 4 oz of water
