First you need to clean up the vomit completely then let the area dry then apply this and it will remove the smell with no detailing required

When she barfs she makes this terrible sound like a child finding out whats inside big bird

Sometimes i try to pick her up and move her to the tile but that carries with it the risk that instead of having barf only on the tile that you will have barf literally everywhere everywhere you point the cat because after all you picked up a barfing cat
