It sold me with the pump though
I could not effectively brush through hair afterwards compared to other shampoos even with the addition of conditioner

But in the most recent purchase they changed the packaging and had a box
The sent is not over powering and my son skin is not dried out when he gets out of the tub

I will say the pump sometimes doesnt work but i think i figured out what the issue is the hose is too long and seems to sometimes get suctioned to the side and unable to suck up more product

My only complaint and the reason for 12 star off is that it goes in and out of stock on and off subscribe and save and ive gotten like 3 shipments now that were either the wrong scent or the bottles had leaked all over the place

Amazons return policy has helped me get replacementsrefunds when appropriate so thats good the hassle is having to contact customer service etc
