Pros & Cons
Pros
These are easy to take and tasteless. Easy to pop-out and i've not had any issues with swallowing them. Last longer than the yoghurt drinks you can get.
The only snag with these is that they’re a bit expensive, but they are suitable for vegans. I like the fact that they are vegan and they are easy to * too. Nature's aid are a reputable british company.
Cons
The product is expensive at nearly £10 per month. The supplement is not refrigerated.
