Easy to *, good dosage and balance of ingredients. They are quite big, but taken with yogurt makes them very easy to *!

However the product appears well manufactured with all the nutritional information that you need on the bottle
They are large to swallow although i can and if you did find it too hard they could be broken in half
Price
Good value and seem to be doing the job with noticeably less joint pain in my knees
Got these in the black friday sale so they were a bit cheaper seem to work for my arthritis

As the introduction says its very hard to judge the efficiency of these products as the effects if any can take many months to show

Difficult to note how effective they are but used more as a preventative measure

I did change to only taking 1 a day as 2 seemed excessive as i had suffered headaches but difficult to put it down to these tablets
