I take this drink maybe twice a year or when i have a bit of joint pain and it has always helped big time
I much prefer to take such a drink than to go to the doctor go through all kinds of tests take harmful pills
Seems to work on the joint ache not a lover of large pillstablets the glucosamine in liquid form suited me much betterand apparently the dosage which gets into the blood stream is much greater than in pill form
Have to say that my joint pain has been greatly reduced after using this over that last five years something which ive attempted to persuade my wife to participate in as she suffers a great deal with her knees as well
