Cons

Now admittedly, gingko tablets tend to be on the dry side and necessitate a fair amount of water to * comfortably. These are so horrendously dry that they are in a category all of their own.

Have taken these tablets for years very very good

I did try taking two pills a day but it made me feel very odd and i don’t recommend more then one a day

In an attempt to mitigate these side effects i halved the dosage yet the symptoms persisted albeit to a lesser degree
