Easy to *. Beta-, gamma-, and delta- tocopherols.

This is the only vitamin e that works. This fits both of the criteria. Read the ingredients and compare it to every other vitamin e supplement out there.

This product reacts with chlorinated water and other minerals to cause needle like titanium alloys. This contains titanium probably from the coconut.
