Pros & Cons

Pros

It has the highest concentration of fish oil per capsule, so one a day is enough. It is triglyceride form of omega 3, which was recommended to me by optometrist to maintain eye health.

After trying a wide range of omega 3 supplements ranging from store brands to premium supplements such as rainbow light, naturelo’s omega 3 is hands down the best omega 3 supplement money can buy. Would recommend this to everyone.

Cons

It expires in 2023 so it’s not the expiry. Felt/saw zero difference.
