Pros
Very good. I also advise manufacturers to insert iron (absent in this product, it's a pity) but not a big deal for a multivitamin. I wouldn't take another vitamin, these are fantastic.

Easy to swallow and i feel great using it
The doses are very safe and effective and would help to prevent any nutritional deficiencies in your diet

For me it’s a small price to pay for the health benefits you recieve and at a very good price for what it is

You will see other vitamin brands can be cheaper on this site but this is because they use cheaper ingredients that are both synthetic and not as absorbable

I purchased these as i was concerned about bioavailability of vitamins and minerals in suppliments i obviously cannot quantify the efficacy of this product but i take it on faith as it is not derived from petrochemical sourced derivatives

So i researched the quality of every ingredient used as a vitamin and noticed that this brand contains the best and most expensive supplements while centrum uses the worst and less absorbable by the human body
