Pros
Some complain about the fragrance. The fragrance is light, natural and doesn't linger so no worries about fragrance headaches. The scent is a light, pleasant flower-like scent instead of a typical shampoo soap smell.
The benefits far outweigh the cost, which is already low. Very happy with this reasonably priced product. I also really love that they sell refill bags for their products.
This thickening/volumizing line is so effective for me. It volumizes and it cleans my hair well. It is gentle enough for my lightened hair.
Cons
This shampoo is awful. It's moisture-stripping, leaves a residue, and my hair becomes oily and greasy within 12 hours. Used it two times-no better the second time. Went back to 'old' shampoo & got lots of volume, body.

This is the only shampoo i’ve found that gives me volume makes my hair feel thicker helps control oil and relives my itchy scalp

This stuff has been amazing especially at the price point
I bought this bc it was relatively inexpensive and was unsure about its quality

That being said an amazing price point and lasted me 6 months washing only my roots
