These are made very well, the ingredients taste like they are of great quality, and the nutritional content is much more in line with a healthy diet for me than something like a toaster pastry. They have 7 grams of protein to keep you going.

These bars are very good! It's nothing negative, but just something i wanted to note. These are the best in my opinion. Overall, these are ok for what they're supposed to be.

They have a whopping 230 calories for such a small bar.
