Pros
Clean, pleasant, non-fishy taste. No fishy breath or burps! Easy to take although it tastes artificial and has a little funny aftertaste. I only take a 1/4 tsp every other day so this size lasts a long time.
The benefits of sunflower oil are well documented. My children are vegan and my 4 year old has a lot of delays and adhd. This is the best vegan omega 3 on the market.
