It has been frustrating for me because no pmspmdd diagnosis ever mentions paranoia they just say anxious this was not anxiety this was full blown tinfoil hat level paranoia

At the same time i couldnt concentrate so my work suffered i couldnt deal with my boyfriend in any rational way so our relationship has been suffering

Ive had doctors prescribe xanax and prozac in an effort to help me have a semblance of normalcy in this time which didnt really help

I tried everything i could think of to fix the problem through diet and exercise i dont drink eat mostly organic food drink tons of water and dont eat much sugar i do yoga weight lift and take walks in the sun
