Methylated b vitamins. Contains more of the vitamins and minerals i need. Helps with chronic fatigue.

I love this product it's amazing! Im so thankful grateful feeling blessed to finally found something that works for me. I love them & think they are definatley worth every penny!

Using more than 55 micrograms daily appeared to almost quadruple lung-cancer risk. If you are typically a healthy person, just go for the normal dosage vitamins.

These pills taste and smell absolutely repulsive. It smells like old,sweaty gym socks.
