Pros

The tips are very white and they're not as brittle as they were. The skin is not as dry and the thinning hair is much less. My hair is thicker, my nails longer and skin glowing when i use these.

It has at least 100% daily value of biotin and folic acid. Great vitamin to have with a muti-vitamin. Most multi-vitamins have biotin.

Cons

The box says strawberry flavored but the actual bottle says softgels. It causes burps and has the *worst* after taste. Worse than fish burps. I tried finishing these off but no matter what i do, these make me nausea and sick for about an hour after co... Read More
