Cured my constant constipation. Lol just like something healthy normally does. Also gives you a bonus of daily fruits and veggies nutrients.

Only bad thing is you have to take two. My sister takes 6 capsules a day and pays $70 for a month.

My hair is very stubborn to grow ( i am 23 yrs old) and ever since i used this product i've seen hair growth :d. This multi vitamin is amazing!

These are perfect to supplement the diet of very picky eaters. They avoid vegetables like the plague. The ladies in my family, including myself love them.
