It is also great for bulletproof coffee. Each packet contains 14g of pure mcts derived from coconuts. The oil is clear, smooth, and completely no coconut smell, no coconut taste.

Mct oil is almost non-negotiable for a ketogenic diet in the real world. At work at the hospital, sometimes it is near impossible to find enough fat to keep my diet ketogenic.

It has tremendous health benefits, and is odorless and tasteless. It makes it easy and mindless to throw in my smoothie.
