Pros

As a nurse and holistic practitioner i know how important it is to keep things flowing down there. This product works too well.

Cons

Honestly these is an ineffective supplement. Expiration date just few months away, unacceptable. Had to drink a glass of prune juice to break it loose.

don't waste your money. This is not safe for comsumption. Waste of money for me but not saying yes or no as recommending to others. Please help me by sending a replacement bottle.
