Organic or not, i know i could use less sugar and carbs in my diet and this works for me. Yummy with raisins or dryed blueberries. Tasty, healthy and crunchy.

My only complaint is that the boxes are pretty small. I wish auto subscription would come back though. Costco is 50 miles away so buying it from amazon is convenient.

The taste of the cereal is top notch. Turmeric, for me, seems to help with keepin body inflammation at bay. The golden flakes are delightful. The turmeric taste is right there, along with pepper to boost the medicinal effects.

It's millet and rice crumbles/powder, and there seems to be less in the bag. They smell rancid, like decaying grass.
