Cons

Each capsule is only 100mg so you have to take 4 of them and they are quite large. Magnesium oxide is only 4% bioavailability. Powder is tough because it poofs up in size and settles afterwards.

I like that this format allows me to less than the us rda since i do eat a lot of fish nuts and magnesium rich foods

We dont see much difference at all in the effect from the higher end brand and this one

I will be staying with my other brand i prefer it and the 2 caps versus the 4 caps for this brand

The doctors ha version is also chelate so i feel that there is an almost fair comparison
