Pros

It gives me the sweetness i crave without the sugar i can't have. As with everything keto - it's all about moderation, so you only use a small amount.

For me the taste of the blueberries shines thru. This and the blueberry are the ones i really like. This one comes out as #! The mountainberry is what i'm talking about, haven't tried the others.

Cons

Xylitol is toxic to dogs, and erythritol isn't! While it has good flavor, where's the fruit? A ripoff for this totally unremarkable product.
