My only complaint is the packaging changed from a wider packet that was easier to pour the contents out to a narrow tube. It's not a deal breaker, just a little less convenient. I only wish the bags were easy to open.

The powdered tea (from certain boxes only) is almost impossible to dissolve completely. Even billed as classic chai, it is not chai at all!

While the packaging is convenient and the cardamom flavor is good, the product lacks body. The unsweetened mix has a weird proportion of the masala chai spices.

This chai mix tastes heavily of cinnamon. Even with honey has a bitter after taste. It smells funny and tastes like sour milk.
