These caplets are small, but uncoated and impossible to *. Makes me gag, and i end up spitting it out almost every time. Begins melting in mouth before can *, but isn't a melt in mouth tablet.
It saddens me to rate so low considering i can’t even tell if they are effective as zinc should be. An overdose could cause nausea. Each time i try to take one of these zinc pills it makes me feel nauseous, and i can hardly stand up.

The one thing i would say is that if you are sensitive to coatings on pills you might watch this one because it did bother my stomach otherwise great value

Its a vitamin but 25 milligrams is what we need and they are easy to break they are 50
