Pros
This is the only progesterone cream that i saw on amazon that didn't have wild yam extract. It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Like * liner flow. Made with the correct and safest ingredients.
This product is phenomenal! Just started using this. What a blessing. I am skeptical about all things but this really worked!
At first, i was overwhelmed by my symptoms and by the information given in the pamphlets. My dietitian is very knowledgeable, and knew by looking at my latest labs that i needed additional progesterone.
Cons
The inconsistency freaks me out so will no longer use. I was worried that i was doing something harmful to my body. Now i am not sure if i am making a hormone imbalance worse because i need to use their estrogen product along with this cream.

After a hysterectomy in jan of 2016 my doctor told my to stop taking the progesterone completely because i could get breast cancer
