I wouldnt say ive noticed a drastic change im also not good about remembering to take it 3x daily as recommended but it has definitely taken the edge off
Plus the liquid helps me control the dosage better than pill form
Ive been using this for several months to help with pms mood changes
Helps me sleep at night and seems to help with chronic nerve pain that flares up sometimes
