After just one month my skin is clear and cramps arent bad. Headaches, back pain and breast pain associated with * were all gone. Although i am not trying to conceive, my goal is to remain healthy.

My only frustration is that the threads on the plastic lid were easy to strip when putting the lid back on. Sometimes it has an aftertaste so i drink a sip of water after, but i just take it straight, no problem.
