Ive found that i need to take more drops on the tongue how i take the stuff than other products without glycerin so the cost per effective dose becomes higher

As with other products its important to consider the dosage so this is not my skullcap of choice after all

I didnt realize this at first so the first time i tried it was right before work 1 full dropper and about 1 hour later i got very tired for at least a few hours
