Pros

I have allergies or intolerances to a lot of supplements. They are easy to * and no after taste. The vitamin dosage is not the highest but i thought we start low and see if there are any side effects.

Cons

Received damaged due to possible heat exposure. Paid to ship it to her after receiving it. From the looks of it, this is a recurring problem.

Dl-alpha is a synthetic form of alpha-tocopherol. The l isomer can't be used by the body, and can actually displace the d isomer.
